David Moore is a Broker Associate with Wolfe & Taylor REALTORS® and Head of Media & Creative Services for Lindsey Moore’s team, where he leads the visual storytelling and marketing strategy behind the team’s distinctive property campaigns across South Carolina.

With a professional background in art, photography, video production, and graphic design, David oversees the creation of the team’s custom marketing materials and media content. He produces 3D virtual tours, professional photography, FAA-certified drone photography and aerial video, and both long-form and short-form video marketing designed to showcase properties in compelling and innovative ways—particularly for historic and architecturally significant homes.

Over the past 15 years, David and his wife Lindsey have purchased, renovated, and sold 10 personal family properties, each involving thoughtful improvements and restoration. This hands-on experience gives David a unique perspective when advising clients, helping them recognize the hidden potential in homes that may not yet be fully prepared for market—often where the most exciting opportunities can be found.

In 2024, David earned the distinguished Historic Properties Specialist™ certification through American Real Estate University, reflecting his passion for historic architecture and preservation-minded real estate. In 2025, he became an FAA-licensed drone pilot and earned his South Carolina broker’s license, which helps him serve both buyer and sellers with an enhanced level of expertise.

David has a deep understanding of the South Carolina real estate market and enjoys sharing his knowledge with buyers and sellers alike. His laid-back personality and creative vision help clients feel at ease while ensuring every property is presented in its very best light.
